Return & Refund Policy
Custom and made-to-order goods
Most marble murtis are carved to your agreed size and design. Under applicable consumer and commercial law, customised goods may not be eligible for return once production has begun, except where mandatory rights apply.
Defects and transit damage
If an item arrives with damage clearly caused in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and the delivery documentation. We will work with you and the carrier on repair, replacement, or compensation as fairly determined by the facts and your order terms.
Non-conformance
If the delivered piece materially differs from the written specification (size, deity form, or marble grade as contractually agreed), notify us in writing with evidence. We will propose remedy: correction, replacement, or partial refund, depending on feasibility and stage of work.
Cancellations
If you cancel before rough carving or material commitment, any refund of advance follows the milestone schedule in your order. After substantial work or stone purchase, advances may be non-refundable except at our discretion or where law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable banking timeline (typically 7–14 business days in India after approval).
