Packing

Sculptures are crated or boxed for road or air transport based on weight, fragility, and destination. We share packing photos where requested before dispatch.

Carriers

We work with reputable surface and air cargo partners. Carrier selection may depend on your city, lift access, and statutory requirements. Insurance may be offered as an add-on where available.

Timelines

Delivery time after dispatch depends on distance, weather, and carrier schedules. We provide tracking or driver contact details when the transporter supplies them. Production time is separate from transit time and is quoted per order.

Freight charges

Freight is typically quoted separately from product price unless a single “landed” quote is explicitly agreed in writing. GST and other statutory charges follow applicable law.

Inspection on receipt

Please inspect outer packing before signing delivery receipts. Note visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph the package. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with carrier claims where applicable.

Export

Export orders may require additional documentation, fumigation, or ISPM-compliant wood. Lead times and costs are quoted case by case.
